Cancellation Policy
Our guests are our partners and we rely on their guarantee. Reservations are fully refundable within 24 hours of making the booking, except for bookings with arrival dates within 14 days.
**A quick hello reservations (shorter than 30 days in length):** Guests can cancel 30 days in advance for a full refund less processing fees. Guests can cancel 14 days in advance of the reservation for a 50% refund less processing fees.
**Nice to know you reservations (31-59 days in length)**: Reservations must cancel 60 days in advance for a full refund less processing fees. Within the 60 day window, guests can cancel 14 days in advance and will be refunded 25% less the processing fees.
**Honorary Bostonian reservations (60 days or more in length):** Extended reservations must cancel 60 days in advance and will be refunded less the cost of one month’s rent.
**Enhanced Flexibility Rate:** Guests can pay a fee of 6% of the cost of the accommodations to be able to cancel up to 3 days in advance of arrival. Guests will be refunded 75% the cost of booking. Please email us within 2 hours of booking your reservation to add it.
All guests are expected to follow Apartment guidelines
- Kindly remove shoes or cover shoes upon entering the apartment. We provide shoe covers if removal is not possible.
- Burning candles, incense as well as smoking is forbidden on the premises. Smoking is forbidden on the fire escapes and front stairs as well.
- Minimum age to rent is 21, events and parties are not allowed. Maximum two visiting guests per apartment.
- Bicycles must remain outside the building and are not allowed to be carried through the hallways and stored in the apartments.
- We provide and maintain a peaceful environment
